My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster! Upon arrival, I was left waiting far too long while the staff took their time with selfies in the lobby instead of checking in guests. To make matters worse, my room wasn't even ready, forcing me into a dirty, inadequate substitute that included no coffee supplies despite the poor condition of the coffee maker. The pool had alarming safety issues that weren't addressed, and the breakfast was an outrageous expense for such poor quality. I genuinely feel deceived!

The location is fantastic, just a

short drive to major attractions. The staff were really attentive, especially the bartender in the lounge. However, the bathroom could use some renovations as there was mildew on the ceiling.

Just a balanced option for a fleeting stay in Rocky Mount with excellent value for money. The indoor pool was pretty chlorinated but my kids enjoyed it. If you're looking for a reliable spot, consider getting there early to avoid any issues with your room.

it was a bit annoying that the ice machine was out of order. but the front desk staff were friendly and offered an upgrade. enjoyed the clean room and convenient indoor pool. perfect for a quick stop.

Had a great time with my friends during our stay! We explored the Rocky Mount Children's Museum and the Fire Museum, which were awesome. The location was super convenient, and the staff was friendly. Just keep in mind that breakfast is an extra cost. Overall, a solid place for groups looking for fun!

The King Room with Balcony was a great spot to relax, and the indoor pool was a nice bonus. I loved taking a dip after a long drive. There was a cozy lounge area to unwind in. Just a heads-up, we found the breakfast options a bit limited, but definitely check it out! 😊
